Payment and Reservation Requirements

All reservations require a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation. Any additional fees for a/v equipment or services will not be required up front as part of the deposit. Those charges along with the remaining balance must be paid one business day prior to your scheduled event.

Rental Agreement

I do herby agree to all terms, conditions, and restrictions laid out by Jubilee Outreach Church. Should any damage be caused during the above mentioned event, I will accept responsibility for any damages or repairs necessary to restore rental facility. I do understand that any additional charges for repairs will be added to my account and by signing this agreement I am accepting responsibility for these charges. I also understand that while I may be allowed to use decorations for my event, I may not, nail, tack, or glue anything to any walls or surfaces in the rental facility. Only standard scotch tape may be used and must be removed completely. I SHALL PROTECT, DEFEND, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY JUBILEE OUTREACH FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS , EVEN IF SUCH CLAIMS ARE GROUNDLESS, FRAUDULENT OR FALSE, ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTUAL OR ALLEGED INJURIES THAT OCCURS DURING OR DUE TO MY LEASE OF THE FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
